Scope
- Collect and chunk the prospectus, fee notices and FAQs.
- Use retrieval-augmented generation so answers cite their source documents.
- Support Roman Urdu and English questions; measure answer accuracy on a test set of real questions.
- Add a hand-off to a human when the bot is unsure.
